Technical College of the Lowcountry
The Technical College of the Lowcountry provides higher education and workforce training to Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper counties. With campuses in Beaufort, Bluffton, Hampton and online, our community college serves approximately 5,000 students annually. The college offers university transfer options, career and continuing education, online learning, and dual enrollment for area high school students.

More than 93 percent of TCL graduates go on to work in their field of study or continue their education. Our college-level associate degree, diploma and certificate programs provide hands-on education for high-skilled, in-demand jobs of today and tomorrow. In addition, TCL’s two-year Associate of Arts and Science degrees are transferable in full to many four-year institutions in and out of the state – including Clemson, University of South Carolina and South Carolina State University.
